Especially the Joker that has emerged out of the more slapstick moments and 'misunderstood' into a true unpredictable type who is often at odds with himself; a genius who needs to find something worthy of his ego, but finds almost nothing is; a true abuser in the sense that he manipulates situations to create outcomes that might not actually accomplish anything, but simply is an outlet for his boredom and rage.
