You should be down ten pounds by now. Post your success stories; your miserable failures; and can't fail diet tips here. Or there.

Diets are just setting myself up for failure. And I love cookies too much to give them up. Just try to have a balanced diet and workout a few times a week.

I don't have a special diet, but when I switched to vegetarianism and then veganism, I lost a lot of weight.

They say every 10 pounds lost adds an inch to your cock. 50 pounds and you'll have a Campbells soup can.

I started my diet back in August 2012. So far I've dropped 60 pounds.

Ten pounds since new year isn't healthy or sustainable. Two to two and a half pounds a week is healthy weight loss. A couple of years back I went from 270 down to 195 in a little less than a year.

There is no magic pill or magic diet. My advice to anyone that wants to lose weight, get a calorie counter program for your smartphone (if you have one), everything that goes in your mouth goes in the calorie counter. You'll be surprised how many calories you consume without even realizing it.

But in the end, the only way to lose weight is to eat less and move more.

I've been downsizing for over 2 years now.

It's an ongoing battle with the gym.

If I don't exercise, I balloon really quickly, regardless of my diet.

But sure fire ways for me to cut weight faster when I hit the gym in my never ending battle between how much time I have vs how much time I need; switch from coffee to tea, don't drink anything with bubbles in it, eat lots of capsicum and tomatos, drink heaps of water, sleep better.

I lost nearly 40kg in a year, then packed it back on by simply not being able to schedule enough exercise in my day.

This year I have time to get it back off again.

Fuck it's going to hurt like a bitch when I get started.

The beginning of my exercise cycle always makes me want to break down and cry like a butthurt little wimp.

At 5'10" and 140, I need to GAIN weight.

You may now start flaming.

Nobody ever sympathizes with the need to gain weight.

I hear they have a machine now that pumps food out of your stomach. You could get one and run it in reverse.

Sleep? Hair? Patience? Canasta? A tape worm is really the way to go, plus it's like having a pet.

Just clean living.

Not really! I do a shake for breakfast and lunch and then a sensible dinner. Carbs are the devil! Those fuckers had to go.

I went on a diet and lost three pounds.

Last week, I competed in the Miss Alaska contest and won for the the third time!

I guess three is my lucky number.

I don't really want to call it a "diet," but rather just a change in what I'm eating. Gotta cut out more of the crap I've been eating the past two months.
