Tyme...I hear ya! After gaining weight during pregnancy and breastfeeding both kids for a year each, mine are less than firm, but I'm not sure i want surgery to firm them up. You still have to have the implant, and that's where the 'fakiness' comes in.

Give me a push up bra and a low cut blouse and I'm good to go!
