Why are you here? Do you hope to accomplish anything?

Another get to know you type thread. Color me curious today.

Most know me as CC. 32 year old single female. I usually come here to pass the time - to be amused or to learn something new.
I have spoken to many in passing, but have not really gotten to know anyone off the board so I guess I don't hope to accomplish anything in particular. Not to say that I wouldn't like to get to know more people - but time doesn't always allow for these things.

Just an interesting side note - I posted this thread before the one on the GB. On the PG I am already bumped off the first page. On the GB I am on page three.

Not sure why I find that interesting, but I do.

Both boards move quite fast, with numerous threads active at a time.

I am here mostly for the community, entertainment, and occasional diamonds of information.

Ah but the GB is infamous for moving very fast and not being very friendly (although I haven't experienced this) - and the PG is infamous for moving more slowly and being much more friendly.

I am here because I find the stories interesting and so are some of the people. Pgers and Gbers. I don't hope to do anything but make friends and contribute to a conversation once in a while maybe even flirt some.

Most know me as 1SL... I am not single and I have 4 children but talk about one most of the time because he is the only one home and the youngest. I have met alot of people off the boards and in r/l and find them as interesting as they are on here. I am tall and have brown hair with blonde highlights, brown eyes and I smile alot.

I think this is a nice Idea so I am also bumping this to the top...then it can be seen....

I agree, the people around here can be fascinating. I do wish I had more time available to get to know people more - but I do enjoy that my life is so hectic at times.
I have two children, both are fairly young still. I hope to have a couple more one day. Four is such a nice round number.

I noticed that when I started flirting on line (and I am not typically shy), I became more flirtatious in r/l.

Why I'm here: I was first here to read the stories. For the longest time I didn't even realize that these boards were even here. Then I became a widow and found the boards. They help find people to talk to. I am a shy person at first but have learned to flirt on these board. Hopefully it will cross over to real life.

Probably just that people will accept you as you are in one medium allows you to be more natural in all mediums. That and you find out that there are people out there much more crazy than you. lol

Hi! I am a single mom also, was told about Lit by a friend while we were having a conversation about written erotica. I carry a book with me for when I go to a doctor appointment and have to wait, (restaurants, oil changes etc.) although one can find alot of wrong people here to get tied up in, one can also find many 'diamonds', among a wealth of information and people to talk to. Lit gives me a place to practice writing, not only for the Craft but also to keep my descriptive skills sharp. The more ways you can describe giving head without repeating yourself, the sharper your mind has to get. I've found a couple of threads and stories that are favorites, but I tend to make use of my limited time to write. As for RL, it's interesting how a bit of confidence here can translate into confidence there, too. Feeling good about yourself is sexy.

BTW, I'm a single guy. Engaged once, but never married, no kids... That's a big part of life I'm missing that I'd like to fill.
