Which of your stories would you want made into a movie or video?

All the stories from the "Rembrandt" Universe, i.e. "Fading Stars", "Rembrandt Legacy" and "Express Delivery". I think even with relatively low budget and skillful use of CG, the sci-fi setting would look great and my aliens are humanoid anyway. I'd release the movies in two versiions, as an R-rated one with "acceptable" levels of nudity and simulated sex and as an "uncut" home release, with full-on hardcore sex. The violent content is a no-brainer anyway, no one bats an eye at a few vaporized bodies, right?

I"m a visual person and write with scenes in mind. I think a few of mine could make for good some viewing, but The Minister Takes a Break is probably the one that would be most easily adapted.
Michelle Makes a Move contains a car chase scene, so you know the Americans would love it.

I think the Elizabeth stories would make a great miniseries, too long for a movie but there's definitely enough for a few suitably brief episodes. All my favourites on my sig-line would work pretty well as movies (in my imagination at least), too. If I had to choose one, "Chemistry of Love" would probably work great on the big screen.

First thing that comes to mind is the work that Blind_Justice and I collaborated on for a contest... The Big Catch.

Then in Sci-Fi would be either Walker Brigade Book of Incidents or The Warrior One series. And maybe the John Abernathy series.

On the erotic side, maybe Echo Ridge would make a good Porn Movie, a lot of sex in there. The Orchard Falls stories would be next. And final Brotherhood of Janus.

There are a couple of others and I would have to finish Echo Ridge.

Then in Incest there is Fraternal Twins but a lot would have to change and be cut for the big screen unless it was made into a porno.

Many commenters have said that "Deep Undercover" unfolds like a movie. It has plenty of action interspersed with sex. A hard R or unrated version could be made.

I would like to see "Case File: My Boss is a Pervert" made into a porn video. A thin story with lots of sex. It's more story than stroker, but on video it would be pure porn.

Deep Magic would be my nomination for a movie or series. Magic is literally in the air with lots of different characters and several story lines that come together at a college Halloween Party. Perfect for Hollywood! Of course I would insist on playing Professor Simpson, the only over 40 role.

Oh dear lord. None of them? I don't think any of my typical stories is good enough to sustain a movie worth watching, and by the time Hollywood took my concept and turned it into something that would work, it wouldn't look like what I'd come up with.

Writing my occasional SF pieces is a kick, and they might lend themselves to a graphic novel. Maybe. That's about as far as I'd go.

Some occasional recommending or discussing one's story or mentioning it or a score if its pertinent to a thread(like this one) is one thing, and most people are proud of their stories and should be and saying that is fine.

But some blow their horn incessantly about their scores and story file etc and try to wipe their story dick all over the forum at every chance even when it has nothing to do with a topic.

Ironically a couple of them are the ones that will make a snarky remark if someone else mentions their story did well or something along those lines.

I'd like to see an adaptation of Serpieri's first two Morbus Gravis stories (I first saw them serialized in Heavy Metal magazine). I want to see a big budget sci-fi epic with high production values and lots of unsimulated graphic sex scenes. Yes, I know it will never happen, but a guy can dream, right?
Also the protagonist Druuna is my physically ideal woman.

I only have two stories I think would be long enough for a film (90 minutes or more) which are Annabelle and Consequences. But, apart from two exceptions, I think the rest could all be adapted for television. However it’s easy for me because I haven’t been anywhere near as prolific as many other writers who’ve been writing for a similar length of time to myself.

I have to agree with you EB. I'd like to see this one on screen as well. Yes, I know it's been done and redone to death, but each new author's perspective adds something to a story that just never seems to get old. And the erotic version would be so much more interesting than other past versions.

I'll go on to (respectively) disagree with Lori the Hoosier... I think BB1958 has yet to write his very BEST work... Give that man a nudge and make him get busy doing something other than working all the time!!! (How busy could he be during a pandemic and all anyway???)

I believe Chloe has two I'd like to see on screen. She doesn't need prompting to know the value of a well-written tale and may I add that now would be a good time to explore the possibility of that happening?

The story of mine that would be best-suited for a movie is 27 Hours. I could see driving scenes interspersed with the flashback/How did we get here exposition of the main character (Chris) as he makes his way back to school after the holidays. I also think there could be some good opportunities for cool cinematography with the description of the Christmas picture and the sudden appearance of Susan.

For me, that has to be the Harold stories but they would be very expensive because of the crowd scenes.

My other choices of Lavender and Christmas Truce would not be impossibly expensive but I would still prefer Harold...
