Which forum would it be proper for me to post a piece of a story and then invite a female reader to give me some direction? Or is that just a general no-no?

Hey RBF, go have a look in the Author's Hangout. Or the story discussion circle Look around for a bit there might be thread with the info you're looking for and if not, start a new thread! Either way I'm sure there you'll probably find some friendly, helpful writers who can help you with what you need.

You could also write a story and search for an editor.

Or start a thread in the sexual roleplaying forum and ask for a female to join you.
