Indeed.

Having organised one meet up in UK, and the logistics of my own holiday last year, the thought of organising a real conference for everyone makes me shudder with fright!

But what a wonderful dream. *sigh*

I guess I truely am a dreamer but I like the thought of being able to give actual hugs to all those Ahers who have talked to me and supported me when I need them. And of meeting the newer ones. So many interesting people here with such big hearts.

The top person on my list of people I'd like to get to know better, or even meet in person, would be Perdita. I'll never forget the compliment she gave me, it was the nicest thing anyone has ever said to me. I miss her presence here in the AH.

There's ltos more that I'd love to get to know better than I currently do, especially some of the newer people as I don't know many of them due to my infrequent postings.

I've only met one person in RL from the AH, and the experience was definitely great. For those of you know kno who I'm talking about, she's truly an amazing woman.

It takes more than a passport for me.. I was red-flagged the first time I tried to go into america, because I was too honest. Ever since then I've had a huge hassle trying to get into the country.. I've been turned away 3 times, and only been in three times, twice of which was with very expensive paperwork, the other was due to a very leniant and nice border guard who must've been having a good day.. I had a suitcase full of christmas presents for my kids and I think he felt sorry for me *shrug*

I need to get it sorted out, but I'd have to go through a lawyer, and I simply can't afford that.

There's a bunch of you i'd like to meet and greet, but it would be best (at least for me) on a one on one basis, or maybe a group of two or three at a time. After being at the Love Shack last spring for the lit together i can honestly say that shyness is a bitch sometimes. So is vodka. And that i'm pretty disappointing in person because of it.

But yeah... The list is there, and it's long, and it includes at least a couple that i've met and would like to meet up with again, over coffee or a good meal or something, just to get to know better.
