Where to start the cuts.

Foggy bottom will still be around. Shedding a few hundred drones isn't going to cripple them.

The Pareto Principle rules, 80% of all meaningful work is achieved by 20% of the work force. A recent graphic example of that is X. Musk shit canned 80% of the work force and has actually improved services. Regardless the rule of 80/20 applies across virtually all facets of life.

We need embassies to provide services for American travelers. We will be keeping at least that much. Beyond that, the State Department has been an instrument of an unelected corporate-bureaucratic partnership. It needs some deep cutting.
In his first term, Trump always neglected State. He never did understand the value of diplomacy or take it seriously.

Nation Panhandler Radio and PBS. Fund Big Bird all you want, but they can cut the news division right out. Nothing but Radicalized democrat talking points 24/7. Overhaul it stem to stern.

If they want to us to fund it, then they need to cater to both sides of the coin.

PBS News Hour and All Things Considered are far and away the best and most reliable and credible news outlets in the country.

It seems that some State Dept. employee's attended therapy sessions at the taxpayers expense to help them deal with the trauma of Trump's re-election.

OK Marco, you don't even have to have input from Vivek or Elon to deal with this situation. If they're so fragile of mind that they can't deal with a presidential election they are FAR too delicate to deal with America's foreign policies. Find out who they are and help them exit to a career more suitable to their weak minds.

They do not care. Issues have long ceased to matter. The only thing that matters now is revenge and getting even.

You have seen the fear expressed, that this is what Trump would do, but it is merely confession: This is what we would have done (or at least demanded before throwing our temper-tantrum).

The first cut has to be an amendment and then the dependency on centralized bribery for power.

I will bet the ranch that that is a true statement.

It could also be said by any FOX devotee for n years.

n is irrelevant

Here's a tailor's mark (John Stossel, HotAir.com):

Example: America needs minerals like copper and silver to make things. Even President Joe Biden made a speech saying America will need 400-600% more such minerals to make "solar panels, wind turbines and so much more!"

An iPhone alone requires aluminum, iron, lithium, gold, copper ...

But when investors dare try to dig up such minerals in America, the NRDC objects and uses political connections to stop them.

Twenty years ago, entrepreneurs tried to open a mine in Alaska. Before they even got the application in, the EPA vetoed it.

Why? Because groups like the NRDC say the mine "would be a catastrophic threat to the wildlife and ... fragile ecosystem."

They get their way because when Democrats run the EPA, they not only support NRDC's positions, they even hire NRDC employees.

"Chump Change"

President Biden’s administration used $267 million of your money to study “misinformation” since he took office, a new report reveals — as President-elect Donald Trump vows to purge the term from the federal lexicon and make sweeping spending cuts.

The cash doled out to universities, nonprofits and companies peaked at $126 million in 2021 while US public health officials were imposing mandates they later admitted had no scientific basis, the taxpayer-transparency group OpenTheBooks said in its report Friday.

The scope of the “misinformation” grant-making emerged as Trump’s advisory Department of Government Efficiency(DOGE) looks for areas to trim wasteful spending.

Solely between a womanperson and herits doctor:

About 43% of Planned Parenthood revenues came from government reimbursements or grants in the 2014-2015 fisca...,

Keep the taxpayer out of that!

Edited: fuck me. yes, I know, men can get preggo too...

That misinformation misdirection of misappropriated dollars might have put Kamala over the top if spent properly on her "campaign."

As opposed to the WW1 recreation of Over The Top that she got . . . .

That was a different "campaign."

Poor people on Medicaid don't deserve STD counseling and/or treatment, or contraception, or prenatal assistance, right?
RIGHT?

Why spend this money when a stern lecture to the poor regarding their lack of morality would suffice! Right?
RIGHT?

Absolutely.

"We conspired and got caught. You CAN'T punish us, that's unfair, revenge, political!!!!"

There are only two industries on the face of the Earth, farming and mining. Everything else is just a downstream job and there is a whole gaggle of morons that want to destroy both in this nation.

Nope. Just defund he fuckers 100%. They serve no useful purposes, governmentally. We have to be ruthless here and just cut this crap. They will never reform, and even if they did it's no longer something the Federal Government should fund. Let them overhaul themselves. On their own dime.

Doesn't mean we should fund Planned Parenthood. That's one scam that needs to go on Day One.

Has the, "But it's only x million a year" argument come up yet?

Like the man said, "A billion here, a billion there, pretty soon you're talking real money."
