I think I've met someone with a dirty mind better than mine.

Sometimes though a thumb does have its purpose...But it won't help me figure out this image.

So.... You're looking for the name of that city, the one with the pretty boats? And you're looking for the actual name of the city? Not something like "Pretty boat city" Because I can give you answers like Pretty boat city! Or, I decided to play, but don't even have the slightest idea of where it is :p

Well, I have the slightest idea.... Because I don't see beaches, but that doesn't exactly help!
