Where is the daily bitch thread when you need it?

Do we have a thread specifically for "My boyfriend, who was the center of my world and meant more than anything to me, decided without warning and after promising that everything was okay, to leave me this week and now refuses any and all contact with me", or does that fall under the Bitch Thread too?
:(

Sorry to hear about the break-up jade. {{{{{HUG}}}}}

I suppose I could offer up some cliche's and trite responses, but I won't. I'll just say that here you will find friends who will listen to you vent, commiserate with you, and share their cookies.

You _will_ share some cookies with jade, won't you gracie?

Hopefully you will have friends here that will make you laugh too.

Like me. My biggest bitch lately is that my undies keep crawlin' up the crack of my ass. I hate it! I like my tighty whities but damn, if they keep it up I'm going commando, cause I hate butt floss!

Um, that's under the heading of WAY TOO MUCH INFORMATION. :p

And of course jade can have some cookies. *huggles*

Your undies gave me my first smile of the day.

Perhaps you should change your profile to say you need an undies slave, whose sole job it is to ensure your undies don't become bum floss; they could just follow you around twanging the back of them.

One less thing for you or Janie to bother about

:D

Just couldn't find it and I am having a really bad day. Lost my cell (finaly found it again later). My knee surgery, which was doing well, is definitely more swollen and puffy today (maybe did too much)or inflamed or infected. But talked to Dr and he did not seem too concerned about it. And to top it all off, My body has chosen this morning to have a gout attack in the foot of the leg I had surgery on. So it is all swollen and very sore. At least it was on the one I am trying to keep up, because if it was on the other, I wouldn't be able to move around. Sheesssh  Sorry about the venting. :(

Sorry I answer your post only now but I really wanted reassure you about the swollen thing .
Although we had a very different kind of surgery and every case is different from another I can tell you that the swelling after a leg surgery is rather usual .

I woke up with a sore swelling leg for a month after the surgery , and still now after more than two months from the accident it still happens , sometimes with an unexpected force which keeps me still for hours.

First times I worried and called the doctor , but he just like your doc didn't seem concerned at all, besides he told me the more I tried to walk ( even not putting too much weight on the wounded leg first times) the more the foot which is the pump that allows the blood to rise up , would have allowed the natural restoration of the blood circulation and fixed the swelling .

Today for exemple I woke up with a completely blocked knee and I didnt want to go to the physiotheraphy , but the doc suggested me some manoeuvre to do to unblock it and never dare to miss my session of rehab .

I did as he suggested and I must say today was a special day at rehab ..... but it is another thread .... ;)

I hope today things are going a lot better for you :rose: :rose:

Thanks for the encouragement. I am familiar with rehab (although it has been on shoulders and ankles) and know that swelling is expected and can be there some days and not on others. It was that the amount seemed to be excessive ( but I had used it too much that day) and there was some heat in the area and so I wanted to check witht the Dr because infection in a joint is never a good thing. I will check the workout thread for your special news because I am sure that it is going to be great! :D

*peeks in*

Just wanted to grab a cookie I left lyin' on the floor. I think I'm not allowed to hang out in here anymore, 'cos I haven't got anything to bitch about right now.

*schoolgirl giggles*

Sometimes it's good to be a stubborn, persistent brat.... ;)

Yes, it does. Not that I would know anything about being stubborn, persistant or a brat. I'm an angel, after all.

*hugs*

A slight bitch but still my current complaint.

There's never anyone wicked around to share my wicked moods with. Not in real life anyways.

Damn sexual harrassment laws.

LOL I think that she bugged her boyfriend until he talked to her and they made up.

Okay, I sort of figured that out but wasn't he telling private things about her to a third party who then contact Shy and acted caring about it while really just being a bitch? I have to say I'm still confused. It's not my best day anyway. I'm sliding down into the depths a bit.

Anyway, I'm glad things are better for JadeFireFly.

You've sort of got it right, Fury. :)

Yes, C. shared personal info, but it was personal info about 'us', not just me. I can't be angry at him for telling his friend why he was angry with me, right?

He (the idiot, not C) claims a good reason for it. The logic is convoluted, the kind only conceivable by a military intel dork. I'll spare y'all the twists and turns of it.

And in the long run, yep, I bugged C enough till he talked back, and then talked back some more, and things are oodles better now. No more creepy PM's, either. :)

*grabs a cookie and skittles away*

Glad to hear things are better, but don't touch the cookies. :D

It has been one week today that I got my knee surgery and 9 days since I have been able to enjoy a glass of wine. *pouts*

Ah, thanks! Now I'm understanding way better!

People should be able to talk with their buddies I agree but . . .well I'm glad you are happy!

I'm glad the creepy pms have stopped too!!!

How many people have this trouble, I share the most of the bills with my step dad's girlfriend, except for my internet and thier phone for dail up, and she wants me to give her my half of the money so she can pay the bills on line when most bills can be paid 2 miles from where we live. I go into the places that way I get monies worth customer service wise and just now I got threatened by my step dad because I like to do it this way, instead of giving her the money.

Do you not trust her with your half of the money?

Its not a trust thing, just that I dislike her and have no respect for her either. I stay in my room and let her and Bob, my stepdad, have the whole house. She at one time said if I gave her reciepts to bills that would be good enough so if its not then I guess I will be kicked out, only real loss is that I would go off line for a bit.

I'd say if you don't like her and all that, that you should move. Why live with someoney ou can't stand? Sounds like stress waiting to happen.

It also sounds like she's looking for a fight. Maybe she's trying to force you to leave, or your step dad to kick you out.

That is why I stay locked in my room away from her and him, I would like to but its all comes down to money as always, looking to increase my share but that will still take some time too.

Yeah, and moving's spendy. Well good luck getting out from under their roof.
