Where do you find partners?

As many people here are new so am I. As I get older my feelings are changing and I want to find some women both to dominate and to be submissive too, or even a couple. Where does one look and put these feelers out. I am a respected professional so I must be sensative to this aspect of my life. So far I have only tried a popular general listing site with no luck.
