Where do I change my time zone

I can't find the place to change my time line, and please don't just tell me "Settings" or "Lit Control Panel" because I've looked there and can't find it.

Okay... but... assuming by "time line" you mean "timeZONE", that's where it is.

You go into your control-panel, click on "Options" -> "My Options", and the option to set your timezone is that drop-down-menu right underneath the input-field for changing your password.

You are absolutely correct about both: time ZONE, and where to find it.

Now what I need to know is this: why are my replies listed as being posted HOURS off of when I actually posted them, despite my time zone being correct? (I just verified that the time zone was correct, thanks to your sage advice.)

There's some bug. Changing the timeZONE has no effect on times and dates displayed in the Forum.
