My stories are stuck in pending. Maybe there's something I did wrong?

As of October, I have experienced this. (And it might be because of under-staffing and contests going on) my stories have been stuck in pending since 9/24 at the time of this post. Its been over a month. I do have multiple stories pending in queue, but the meantime, I've stopped trying to submit anything for publication here until that clears up.

I'll leave at this. I hope the moderation team is ok. I'm just documenting my experiences. No intent to place blame or anything negative.
