I was lucky enough to meet mine at work 11 years ago, we hit it off while we ate lunch together then it developed from there.

We did everything together until I had my son, then she had her son a couple of years later, but we see each other about once a week and talk every couple of days.

I do believe I'm lucky to have her.

I used to have three. One I met when I was 4 years old...... and he is the best Now if only his wife would get over herself and stop being a heinous bitch.... but thats another story.

My second....I met when I was in the 5th grade.... we became instant friends and were inseparable. Even when I moved away...we wrote.... and even tho its been a while.... we are writing again..


My third.... the one that I no longer speak to because she is evil, well we met in the 7th grade...... and she tried to steal every one of my boyfriends...... and finally four years ago... I stopped talking to her.

I met mine 11 years ago at work. I knew she was special because I am not into female comaraderie, gossip over coffee, shopping and my image of best friends.
Then i knew the bargain was sealed when we attended a wedding together several years ago. We shared a hotel room and returned from the reception fairly intoxicated. After ordering a pay per view adult movie, we both lay in our separate beds and masturbated.
That is the only time our relationship even bordered on the sexual, and she has since married my best male friend!
They are both pretty indispensable to me .

I met the friend who was going out with my previous friend listed back in junior high, he and I had another friend but we never spoke cuz we thought we both looked like freaks. hehe. then we had a class together and we had a group assignment and everyone got nabbed up and we were the only ones left and weve been friends ever since.

we met in one of my first computer classes in college (last fall)... i had no clue (which is a lie now), and he helped me a lot and showed me how to do everything for the class... just me and him, we spent a lot of time together and got to know each other really well... as of now... i dont think i could ever imagine not knowing him

I met one of my best friends in college. We were roommates for two years there and three years after we both graduated. My other best friend I met through work. For the first six weeks she worked there, I hated her. Once she realized I wasn't going to change my room to be "frou frou" we became friends.

At a bowling center, four of my friends (two couples) introduced us...saw each other again a week later at an engagement party for one of the couples, then again a few weeks later at another party, finally asked her out after talking on the phone for three hours the next day and haven't stopped thinking about her all the time since...

At first we hated each other with a passion and used to shout at each other so loudly and almost get into fights but then we got put into detention together and found out that we had a hell of a lot of things in common and it started out from there. I have two

The first I met in 8th grade. We had Geometry (ick) together. She moved to Nevada but i still talk to her often. Thank god for AOL

The second I met when my mom married her dad. We moved in together when we went to college. Scary thing is we look alike. People always ask us if we are twins. Dont know what I'd do without her.
