Man, it has been a hectic couple of days. I get a few minutes Friday morning and here it is almost Sunday. TOOOO busy! The packing got to the point we had to stop or have nothing to live with until moving day. So, we started on the beautifying process. Cleaning up the yard (a neverending process) and I started prepping the house for paint. Boy was that stupid! A project that had me up and down ladders swinging like a monkey. Then I decided to go build a trellis. I must be brain dead. Then we decided to give a final dinner here at this house. I don't know why we can't make the guest sweep a floor or wash a window when they get here. Why do we have to do it before they come. Oh well, I should sleep well, if I ever get to bed. I have missed you all these last two days. It took me close to an hour to catch up, and I still think I missed half of it. Let's see:

kayte, Lee, the treasures are mounting. But I am parting with what I can. It is the other half that refuses to part with anything.

KR - yes, I would agree the truck is better, but being a GM man, a Fix Or Repair Daily, aarrggghhh.

Lee - Thanks for the brew, but that little yellow faced fellow was trying to drink it dry!

Thank you for agreeing with me...but lately it seems KR has not been really complaining about having to drive his new truck.

And about that bowl....well..I'll let you rest for the weekend before we tackle that subject again!

Good Morning Midwest

Well, I was right. I snuck in almost 6 hours of sleep. Thought I had better check on my online friends before the hectic morning starts. Actually, the only thing left to do is wash the patio furniture. The birds tend to think they should use it as a Johnny on the Spot.

Art, I know what you mean (especially this morning) about not getting any younger. I think coffee is the only thing keeping me going. It should be a blast having a 20 person dinner party, don't you think?

Lee, thank you for the breakfast break. I am not sure I would be able to properly clean in the bowl (yaaawwwnn) right now. Rummage sale sounds good, but geez, the work!
