Where are all of the Midwesterners

Just drop by to say hello and that i still thinking of ya'll a lot .
Still no job , found out i'm to old they want the young , don't have to pay them as much and be able to brain wash them .
Applied for a lot but no go 54 to old here or over qualified they say .
Oh well there loss i'm picking up what work i can working for myself, building a horse barn by myself now , going slow but going.
Was a little hard setting 30 ft 2x8 trusses by hand 10 ft in the air but i got it done .
Boy it's been hot and dry here in good old Galesburg , why the trees are running after the dog's for water.
Well i will get off here and let ya'll go ,just wanted to say hi .

I was sleeping and studying most of the day and way far into the night. Today's schedule is cleaning and studying..**** fun fun.

Two hearts floating thru time;
being buffeted by the wind;
each searching, longing, not knowing;
what they need to find.

Then fates eddy's swirl, and they meet;
and both instantly know;
that netiher must look any farther than now;
Love, the pathway will show.

The two cling together, admist swirls and shakes;
both wanting the other all time;
Each hoping that someday the eddy's will calm;
and all in their world will be fine.

The journey continues on for the two hearts;
together in below and above;
Now together they are, the road seems less rough;
For they temper their travles with love.



It isn't the best poem I have ever written, but it does touch me...deeply. Have a great day everyone....

Busting a gut here,...I hadn't heard that comment EVER before about the "Trees running after the dogs for water",...truly LMAO,...bring some more of those back to the Mid,...we all love you here,...and don't stay away as long as you have been Bud.

The weekend was fabulous!!! It was great meeting Kayte & Mouse & Soron. We had a great time and didn't want it to end!

Hi Midwest. I hope everyone got recharged over the weekend. I do believe KR, Lee, Soron, Mo and kayte did. I bet there is a great story to ~fantasy~. It at least generated a giggle from Mo.

twodogs, that was a great line about the trees and dogs. Reminds me of the time I went fishing and all I caught was fried fish. Man, it was hot back then.
