I have 1 ..other kids are 24,23,and 10..and I'm a teenager at heart myself Kandice..like having lots of younger friends,,keeps me feeling "in touch" with the worldand felling ..Alive..thats my take on it anyways.. people myage are relatively boring at least in this town..wanna watch football etc and go to bars basically..

hehe your age is what you make of it.. I act like im in my 30's and im 18, my mom is 36 and she acts like shes my age.. i dunno.. hehe.. its interesting, but hey, im glad u like to be a teenager at heart.. ill trade u ages hehe

GS....no one looks freaky....everyone is simply an individual that chooses to express themselves in a different manner. Besides...variety is what makes life wonderful...if everyone looked the same, life would be so boring. Each of the wonderful folks of this thread has something about them that makes them special. You are no different in that regard.

I know I have said it before...but the folks here are great...absolutely great. I have met some people here that have added so much to my life. So enjoy...relax, and just be you.

OH, my aging heart! You poor dear, you have never heard Arlo Guthrie doing "Alice's Restaurant"? Well, it is old ditty, so old I cannot find it on any medium, cassette, record, 8-track or CD. It is a silly song that tells a lot about the truths of life in an amusing way and it starts out in Alice's Restaurant but Alice's Restaurant isn't a restaurant at all. It is approximately 20 minutes long and it is just a funny little song.

Well don't feel to old dear I love that song but do not have a copy of it myself! Get a good giggle out of it and the one about the flat tire and either good ol'boys/bikers (never can remember)!

Don't be afraid of asking for a different doctor if you don't feel happy with what you are hearing. Always remember, 50% of all doctors graduated in the bottom half of their class! They do NOT all know everything. I have fired doctors before, and surprisingly none of them have gone out of business.

Have thought about it truly I have but getting the hubby to a doc is like pulling alligator teeth! LOL But finally got a doc to agree that he needed a nuerologist and well now he gets another two weeks off! But we will survive I am sure we are resiliant and will always bounce back!!!!

I am literally putting my life into His Hands and after my experience last nite I have to say , I am very afraid but hoping our Love will weather any storm..time will tell I guess.. have a good day everyone , I must go rest , dr.'s orders..Cant believe my soon to be ex was there to hold my hand last nite at the ER .. stranger things have happened i guess (my kids called him ) cause they knew i was scared.. .. will perhaps post later this evening.. love to you all

Few men have the vision to see a true and loyal heart, one that stands out for him above the rest. Few men have the opportunity to catch such a heart,... still fewer have the sense to hold onto it after have they have captured it. Dream has allowed me to be one of the few,...and I cherish her for that.

BD,...Artful is not jealous,...and Dream loves you and many more.(Kind of like all the other wonderful ladies on THIS thread),...we are family,...and we have fun. Don't hesitate in playing with her publicly,...I expect ALL to have fun,...not just her and I.

Art - you are a very lucky man. Few are wise enough to realize when they have had a treasure bestowed upon them. It's wonderful to see you express your feelings for Dream so eloquently. And it's a great joy to read the happiness in Dreams posts. I could see her happiness reaching out to all of us as she performed her dance for all to see but expressly for the one she loves. I hope your love for each other continues to grow with each passing day.

You know that I will say a prayer for your mom, Kayte... On the puppies... It was a sad day here today... One of the puppies was killed by our black lab female... she's in heat and must have thought the puppy was a threat of some type... It happened too fast for anyone to react even though there was someone at the labs side... In essence we have lost two dogs... I can't keep a dog around that has killed another... Mommy is very confused... she seen her puppy afterwards before we took her(the puppy) out to the family pet cemetary... Now she is very nervous and/or anxious... These things happen, I know... but it is always very sad... I told the kids that now the puppy will be able to chase butterflies all day long in a field... That made them feel a little better...

I'm having a big lightning storm here now so have to go... s to the ladies and ^5s to the fellas...

so sorry to hear you lost one of the puppies and because of it you also had to loose your lab. I know it must have been a heartbreaking decision but I can understand how you feel. These little critters work their way into our hearts and are loved like any other member of the family. How sweet your explaination to your kids. It's so hard for them to understand death.

We had to put our black lab/sharpei down a few years ago. My granddaughter grew up with her and still asks when she can have her Mandy back. I showed her a ceramic picture I had done of Jesus standing at the gate and explained to her that Mandy had gone to live with Jesus and she wasn't in pain anymore. Little stink asked me if Mandy was better now and when I said yes she wanted to know why Jesus wouldn't send her back to us then. How in the world do you answer that?
