When it is someone that you have spoken to on the internet, what are some of the things that you feel they MUST know before meeting you?

Yes, the down side of you that you feel needs fair warning.

For me:

1. PMS is not about bitichiness for me, but I become very blue.

2. My children are very active and at times, have a very hard time showing me respect. We are often in conflict.

3. I have a small physical attribute that is a must tell, but I will save it for those who might need to know!

4. I found wrinkles yesterday! So all those damn pictures are lies! I DO look my age.

:D

1. I have a big butt.

2. I come off sarcastic as hell, but I'm all squooshy. Really.

3. I'm late. Often. Well, almost always.

4. I'll mother hen you to death if you don't watch it. :D

1. I'm wicked touchy feeley, so if its a girl, i'm probably gonna go to hug you.

2. I'm just a big goof in the long run. No amount of acting cool has ever made me cooler than i am.

3. Just because i work out, dosent mean i'm A) Stupid B) Illiterate or C) Ignorant

4. Being crass is foolish, i dont immediatly start talking about sex or anythin of the like.

You do not have a big butt!! Silly woman.

1. I have a big everything, 'cept boobies. :p

2. I'm really shy, until you get to know me.

3. I'm more of an observer, than a participant, so if I don't talk much, it's not (usually) because I don't like you.. I promise. :)

4. If I invite you somewhere, I'm gonna pay for it.. and don't like it when people pay for me.

1. That any pictures anyone's seen of "me" aren't really me. ;)

2. I truly am plastic.

3. I have a spastic side, and it busts out at unplanned times.

4. I smell.

5. I like to double dutch. Wanna?

i don't know, this is tough.

there have been two types of people i've met in real life, ones that i knew very little about before hand (and vice versa--just happened to be coming in the vicinity and thought it'd be nice to have a coffee or something), and ones that i've spent a lot of on-line time with, so i felt pretty comfortable with what they already knew. (i spill my guts at the drop of a hat, or not at all.)

I'm like kotori...I've had a few that were just spur of the moment meetings, and there was no time to prep them.:D They were each delightful meetings. With the rest, my stuff is so "out there", there was no need for an addendum.

I admit though that I was a little apprehensive with Trail because of my pics, but I'm told that I look just like intrigued in the intrigued pics, so that was pretty cool for me.;)

I just know it will go well, sweets.:rose:

I noticed numbers 2 and 3. :) I was having an extrovert day. That's my excuse.

Oops...I did have to warn him about the PMS stuff just like you Miss T...I'm not mean, just extremely blue, like I am right now. When it hits, nothing is right, I am extremely emotional and intense, and I see myself as ugly. There is nothing at all that anyone can do...it just *is*. All I do is sigh, and cry.

Which brings me to my #4, kind of.. ya never did tell me how much Bally's was.

I don't have any caveats for meeting someone, but there are a couple before getting involved in a serious relationship.

That is me today.
I started to "downer" threads. (Good threads, but with a sense of something morose.)

I had a bit of an emotional outburst.

And well....I can't wait to get this next week over with!

One more for my list:
#5: Eating beef leads to furious, flammable, flatulation!

:p

This is a tough question to answer. I'm quite shy and quiet in RL, but then I'd only probably agree to meet someone I've known for a good while. And that would mean they would've gotten to see the bad as well as the good :)

I'm always running late and getting lost...my humor is a bit off by some standards... I can be wickedly sarcastic when I'm in a good mood and bite your head off when I'm in a bad one. And yes, I really do have a big bum.

I guess that's about it :)

heres my #5. I tend to run my mouth alot...not that i'm a bigmouth, but i hate awkward silences...so i keep talking and talking and talking if there isnt anything coming back to me...its a security blanket of sorts i guess.

1. I'm always at least 10 minutes early.

2. I'm very shy, so probably won't make much eye contact at first.

3. I'm a better listener than talker. It's not that I don't like to talk about myself, but there just isn't much to talk about.

4. Once I'm comfortable with someone my twisted sense of humor comes out, however, I only say about 25% of the sick things I'm thinking. So if you think what you hear is bad, you should hear the things being said in my mind!!

5. I have to pay.

6. I will always open the door for you (this includes car doors). I can't help it, it's subconcious, part of my English upbringing.

There's probably more, but on the off chance someone from here may actually get the chance to meet me, I'll stop there so as to not scare anyone off!

I had one of those too...but sometimes, its all too much. I had good intentions, though...it just wasn't perceived that way.
Par for the course.

OMG! You have no idea how much I relate to #4!:D

*Hopes Trail doesn't read this!*

I have a morbid sense of humor.

I dont like my body, so I cover it up.

I am very shy.

I expect doors and things to be opened for me, sorry its just the way I was raised.

I am shy till I get to know you.

I love to make people laugh. :)

I can be silly when I am nervous.

I accept you for you are, don't pretend
to be someone you are not because I won't
trust you again.

I prefer honesty to having smoke
blown up my butt.

Eye contact is very important to me.
I love looking at people's eyes and faces,
watching them smile and personal gestures.

I love to talk, and am a good listener.

I'm kinda shy.

Once I get to konw you, I talk a lot. Seriously, I sometimes have to be told to shut up.

I'm highly sensative and stupid things can make me cry.

I consider my pets to be my children, so don't be amazed if I takl to them or let them sleep on the furniture.

I'm a very physical person. I like to touch and in fact need it to survive.

I've been told I mother people too much.

I try to explain...I am not a nerd....

it's just that I am a fairly neat person..and that is why they might find a sheet of toilet protector wedged between my ass cheeks and my undies when I undress...lol....just trying to keep my undies clean..lol..

One of my co-workers told me the other day there is no way she would go out with a guy if he opened any doors for her. It wasn't a "I can do that myself" attitude, she just felt that he would be too nice!? I didn't quite know what to make of that. As I said above, I can't help it.

Too late. ;)

BTW....You are so much "more" than Intrigued YOU are the attraction :)

1. I tell them that I'm not slim, but have a 'cuddly' body.

2. Also that I wear specs, as I leave them off in my pics.

3. I will already have told them that I'm bipolar, and that it's under control cos of meds.

4. I warn them that I'm a listener rather than a talker, mainly because I'm interested in learning about them.

5. I always tell them that I'm a very tactile person, and they'd better give me hug!
