When was the last time you cut yourself shaving?

Maybe 1980 for me, and I never use a mirror to shave with.

This came up in a book I'm reading. A guy dressed like a girl, and with shaved chest and legs is murdered, the detectives conclude the dead man isn't a SLATE reader because he has no cuts where he's shaved.

Not since the last time I used a razor. I just use the 1 setting on my clippers so it looks like I haven't shaved for a day. Chicks dig it man.

I am not talking my face, of course, but my legs. In 1984 I went to shave my legs, set the razor on the side of the tub, and got occupied doing other things. Then I went to sit down to shave and ended up with a pretty good cut on my butt.

Anyone want to talk about the most useful and most dangerous version of the razor blade?

A required tool in many a workplace?

It's been a long time (we're talking decades) since I cut my face shaving.

I started shaving my head two years ago, and about six months ago I nicked my scalp right above the brow line.

I bled like a pro rassler for 20 solid minutes. Rather gruesome.
