CONGRATULATIONS!!! How exciting that must've been! I remember when Dusky was on his way to me. A part of me doubted that he was really coming until the morning he arrived when he called me from the airport in Atlanta. But he came and the weekend was better than anything I could ever have imagined.

Good luck meeting the future in-laws. I know that can be both anxiety-provoking and really fabulous. Best of luck to you and your Dragon!

Thank you Ms. Diamond..You are very kind..I was lucky, "My Dragon" stayed with me for a week, that time. This last time, he was here for two wonderful weeks. But, each time he leaves me, It get's harder & harder to say "Bye" .We never say "G'Bye" because G'Bye is forever & we will never stop loving each other .We are "Soul-Mates".

You're a sweetie yourself, Rose. Dusky and I had to say our "byes" the night before he was supposed to leave, and it was horrendous! As I left him, I felt like my heart was being ripped right out of my chest! He left me the tshirt that he was wearing that night so I'll have his scent with me. It makes me feel like he's right there with me with his arms around me, and at the same time, it just makes the yearning for him that much worse! We're down to 33 days until we're together again if all goes well.

I just read your post . Congradulations to you both on your Anniversary!!
"My Dragon " flew 5,000 miles for a "HUG"! Can you imagine? When he told me he would come here, from Wales, in the UK,I though ok & I told him " ok , come on .". Thinking, "Yeah right! He won't show." His worries , as I found out later on , were that I would not show up at the air port when he got here. My fear was, that he would NEVER show up..
We are "Engaged" !!I leave here Nov. 12th to meet my future Mother-In-Law & Father-In-Law, plus his two brothers'...I will stay in his home for little over a month...
So, Yes, CONGRADULATIONS TO YOU & YOUR LADY !!!
