Call me crazy but doesn't this go against your 1st Amendment rights? And what right does Congress have to police the interwebz? Last time I looked there were no borders on the net. I'm surprised more people aren't upset by this. If there is even a whiff of 2nd Amendment rights being interfered with the media and forums get all up in arms about it (sorry couldn't resist). Imo freedom of speech is far more important than the right to bear arms. This Communications Decency Act isn't new, is it? So why isn't there a huge outcry about it? Especially on a word porn site? Just askin'.

Now that net neutrality is dead and internet is closer to being considered the same as telecom by regulators, it seems to me that if web site operators are going to be held responsible for sex trafficking, the telecoms should also.

cuz sex workers are booked by telephones as much as the interwebs, or at least that's what roary does.

That's because CL caved in to the fascist overlords. They should have stood their ground. CL aleady had a rule that prohibited soliticitation of sex for money, so why are they afraid? It's BackP that should be worried, that's where the hookers go. And there's a difference between a hooker being self-made on his or her own will and someone forced to be in the trafficking industry. CL looks stupid caving in for a bunch of puritanical hypocrites, setting a dangerous precedence.
