im to lazy to do a real poll but what do you think of the time you spend here vs the amount of free time you have in your life

do you spend too much, a lot, average, little or too little time here

i'd say i spend a lot of time here

but i'd be interested to hear peoples own perception of how much time they spend here compared to other peoples perceptions

and im sorry miss taken this is another lit anaysis thread :p

Perception is reality.

I don't spend all that much time here. I spend a higher percentage of my free time engaged in more serious pursuits. For example:

I enjoy cultural activities. (That includes belching and farting. )

Observing human nature. (Spying on my neighbors.)

Debating geopolitical topics. (Arguing over a parking space.)

Challenging traditional ideas. (Having 2 slices of cheese on my burger.)

Engaging in lusty and passionate affairs. (Chocolate and shoe shopping.)

I don't spend much time online without doing 2-3 other things at once. I usually am playing guitar, watching a DVD, all sorts of crap.

LOL. Do you write for Conan?

I don't factor "reality" into the Lit and people equation, but I spend a fair amount of time here (though I still forget to log out sometimes) and when I'm here it means I'm looking for escape from a job that can be emotionally draining as well as physically. It's the same as reading a really great fiction - only this story is interactive!

I haven't spent as much time on line as I use too... but I think that I didn't spend too much time even in the past.

I think that I just go through stages in life where it is too crazy to be every where so I just don't go.
*sneaks in for a quick hug*

My preception of the time I spend here is no different than that of the time I spend anywhere, doing anything.

BABY!!

You don't have to sneak for anything!!

But it does offer a lovely surprise.
I have missed you. :rose: X twelve

I do more of a kamikaze style run... Hop on, see if there is any good topics that stir my interest. If not I bolt. But overall, I've rubed my time here and think I spend what I feel to be an appropriate amount of time.

To my own perception I don't spend very much time here, as evidenced by the fact that most other posters don't know who I am. Or...I could just be very, very uninteresting. :p

Lately?

Zero
Nothing
Nil
Naught

The old place seems the same as the last time I was here.

Now, is that good or bad?

I spend my time at Lit with at least two other applications running. I work and surf at the same time, damn my multitasking hide.

Of course, sometimes my code looks like this:

System.out.println("p_p_man is a dingleberry.");

And I have to edit.
