So we all have interesting jewelry tastes. I personally prefer small, delicate, and simple, and mostly only earrings. What do you prefer? Do you like gaudy stuff? Classic? Modern? Anything?

Delicately modern, weird and gothic and.....

Whatever catches my eye.

Other than my class ring, I only wear earrings. I described mine as "eccentric", which doesn't quite fit the bill, but it was the closest thing on the list. Mostly I wear tiny studs in the shape of animals: turtles, snakes, frogs, butterflies, and I even have some penguins. Usually I stick to plain silver and gold.

I picked other

I can't wear most jewelery due to a metal allergy. :(

But I do wear one necklace with a little guy kicking (My tae kwon do guy!)
other than that I don't wear jewelery, I used to wear my class ring, but i haven't since I graduated.

I usually only wear my earrings, the little silver hoops, two in each ear. No ring, no watch, no bracelet or necklace... ack, I'd hate that!

I have a silver heart necklace (looks like a locket but it isn't) that my nephew gave me for Mother's Day two years ago that I wear fairly often. Other than an occasional pair of small hoop earrings, it's all the jewelry I wear.

I used to wear tiny sapphire studs the color of midnight in my ears and I have a narrow solid bracelet that is a twist of copper, gold, and silver on my left wrist.

I would like to get some 18 guage CBR's to go in my ears to match my piercings, but have been lazy and cheap.

As for now, I simply wear ball studs.

I would like to go back to wearing a necklace but patients can grab at stuff like that and it can be a problem.

I found a wonderful place that sells jewelry just for people like you and me! It's at http://www.simplywhispers.com/ . I've ordered from them (earrings) and they are everything they claim to be! No irritation at all! They have "real" jewelry too (gold & silver) that's been treated, as well as "fashion" stuff. Anyone who's sensitive should check 'em out!

As for me, I wear simple and classic items...a small diamond pendant, my wedding rings, and usually one ring on the middle finger of my other hand. I switch from a delicate ruby ring, to a small celtic emerald ring, to my mother's flawless diamond engagement ring. Right now I'm not wearing any on that hand because of yardwork. :)

Hmmmmm....well since I make jewelery for a living, you would think I wear a ton,but actually I only wear a silver chain necklace, and two rings on my right hand,a jade ring, and a Malachite ring.

Men and bracelets

I have this thing for men who wear bracelets...I don't know what it is but for some reason I find it INCREDIBLY SEXY!!!

*fanning self*

are my hormones out of control or what? Wait! Don't answer that... :) I don't wanna know...

Me, too, PacificBlue!

And I have tons of jewelry. A few good pieces, but I love the trendy stuff so I buy a lot of costume jewelry. I love it all: earrings, bracelets, ankel bracelets, toe rings, rings, and belly chains.

Jewelry and shoes are the least traumatic things to buy -- they always fit. :)

I totally agree with you. I've had a thing for shoes this past year. I think I have incredibly cute toes and ankles so I've been pumping up my wadrobe with strappy shoes and open toe'd numbers that show off one of things about my body that I like. :)

I wear a pair of amethyst studs every day & alternate between several pairs of earrings in the second set of holes in my ears. I have a thin silver cuff bracelet that my fiancee had made for me, it matches his. I wear 2 small gold rings from childhood friends & my engagement ring. I also have a charm bracelet, but need to get it into the jeweler to have a bunch of charms put on it. I mix silver & gold, but like silver the best. The only necklace I wear is a silver heart with my son's name on it in a code that my brother in law made up for our family to use. I have tons of jewelry, but don't wear most of it anymore. I am in the process of giving it to my nieces.

I love shoes, but have ugly feet & a bad knee. I started collecting miniature shoes to satisfy my addiction.

I think I've answered something like this here before. Jewelry is my weakness. I wear only "real" jewelry- no costume jewelry ever. Always gold, most often with diamonds. Many of my pieces are custom designed for me by an artist who knows my taste perfectly.

I have decided that the "kind" of stone doesn't matter as much as the color. I have emeralds, but don't love them any more than the bright green quartz I also have, for example. Most people can't tell the difference.

Thanks for the link Celestiale! I'm checking them out right now!

I just wear two diamond rings, a gold neck chain and a gold watch. I guss that's simple enough. Hey ohiobbw, we must be neighbors I'm in NE Ohio.;)
