My favorite thing to cook: Bread. There is nothing like mixing the flour and yeast, how it becomes a living thing. I have a commercial mixer that can handle just about any job but I still knead by hand. Vents all my frustrations.

Favorite thing to eat: ripe, juicy warm from the sun peaches.

I'm trying to think of something specific I enjoy cooking.
I make these mexican eggrolls that are pretty good. Blackbeans, corn, onion, tomato and cheese, some spices and herbs rolled up in wonton skins and fried. Served with fresh guacamole

I make a fresh lime gingerale.

But I love baking, Crispy peanut butter balls in chocolate. Caramelized banana tarts with rum anglais.
I love creating sorbets. The last one I made was a gin and tonic sorbet. That was really good.

Theres one thing lacking, I was totally waiting for the completely horny crowd to say that their favorite thing to eat was pussy or cum.....hehe. I mean if I had experience with it I probably would have put it there

I am good at New Orleans cuisine. I make killer Jumbalaya with shrimp or chicken. I make good file gumbo and crawfish pies.

My best dish though is strawberry crepes.
