I like the JTMALONE story but its too long, excessively long. Colleen never learned that auxillary verbs weaken writing.

And you dont know that women courtsie and men bow.

My stories are too short for LIT; I wrote a 300 word story yesterday, and a 500 word story today. I'm a minimalist and strive to make the writing a catalyst to excite your imagination and fund of experiences. That is, make you think. When I do it right my words are the engine and your mind is the train of content.

I read stories constantly, and I thoroughly enjoy a lot of stories that I read here. But every thing I read I always find things that either don't work for me or could have been done better. Sometimes this is whole sections or just simple word choices. Sometimes this is preferential things but often includes out and out mistakes. This I have to say includes my own work as well.
Now the people who know me will claim a certain level of bias on my part but honestly there is one and only one story here that every little thing works perfectly to me. This story so impressed me as I have gotten to know the writer really well (hence the potential bias), and I am immensely happy that I have. After numerous rereadings I have yet to find a single thing that I don't think is just right in the story - Dianthus' "Body Language" http://www.literotica.com/stories/showstory.php?id=478332 This would have to be my single favourite story.

I noticed that TE999 wanted us to mention a favourite of our own work. Truthfully while I am happy and proud of my writings it is always the stuff I am working on that I enjoy the most. But of my completed works there is one scene that I really enjoy a lot - In Chapter 7 of "The Deal" while accepting a food delivery Diana pulls Matt's underwear down exposing him to the girl. The very first story I read here at Lit has remained a favorite...Boystown by Bobfr

I don't know why I picked that one, but it stirred something in me.

Another favorite is The Erica Chronicles by LogansrunCanada even though he spelled the title incorrectly.

Of course I wasn't looking for literary excellence here. If I want that I go to the library.

There are two of mine that I have enjoyed writing and thought I did a fairly decent job on...

The first is Susan and Miles

The second is Shelly and George​

I have several others, longer works, that I liked doing and several I'm currently working on that I am really enjoying writing.

For mine, I think I go back and read Nothing Gets Through the most, although Who Cares What I Wear? is probably the better story.

I read a lot of Daniellekitten's when I first got here, and that's probably what got me started writing.

Evanslily's Caught by the Tide is one I like to go back to a lot. I think she did a fantastic job with it.

I of course have to give a shout out to MugsyB for the hockey stories, but also for Body of Water. This was way different for her and I thought she did a great job.
