What's your escape?

Doesn't help me escape. It only makes me tired. It can be fun though.

So what about the above mentioned methods? What about mediation, or do you not feel the need to "escape"?

I like to lie in bed.

I can lie there and remember his touch.

Just how his lips felt on my body.

His hands on my hips. Gripping me tighter, closer to him.

I remember the feeling of 'I don't know what was hitting me'

Escape for me is a right love. Living a love that was meant to be.

Wow, kinda puts all the rest us on a lower level....

Love, it truly does cure what ails you.

Sorry. The "Bouldering."

Hey, sorry it took so long.

Anyways...Bouldering is basicly when you find a SMALL climb that has many many many verious routes that you can take. You never really go that high because you have no Equiupment other then your shoes and a mat.

It's a great way to learn tecnique as well as build up GREAT strength, specialy when you climb ceilings.

Here are a few links I found, maybe a better explination can be found here:

Years ago, I went through a period of stress that manifested itself in severe stomach problems. When I felt an episode coming on, I escaped to a steaming hot shower, and just let the water beat on me from above, while imaging I was standing in a tropical lagoon under a waterfall. I got pretty good at this mind over matter thing and could get to the "aaaaaaaahhhhhhhh factor" in just a few minutes. At that point, all my muscles (including stomach) relaxed and I'd be okay.

To this day, I'll retreat to a hot shower and wash away the stress of the day.

Music. No matter what sort of emotions I am feeling, I can pick up my guitar and exorcise all my demons. Nothing feels as good in my hands as my guitar. Well, almost nothing.

When you want time to yourself to rest, relax, gather your thoughts, where do you go?
The forest. If I want to blank my mind, which I find more valuable than trying to gather my thoughts - I go for a ride on my motorcycle - preferably in the forest.

Do you do this on a daily basis?
No.

When I can.

Is it just you or do you allow others into your hideaway?
Just me.

I fill the bath with bubbles, and steamy hot water, give the intruders 'the look' and slowly lock the door behind me.
