Out of all the places you have been, what's your favorite and why.
My favorite is Rome. You can step out of your hotel room, flip a coin as to which direction to walk, and explore history.

St Maarten, NA

Paradise is not lost if I can book the airfare!

St Maarten/Sint Martin is half Dutch, half French. Tropical breeses, French wines and cheeses.

A nude resort where you can spend the day basking in the sun, have breakfast, lunch and dinner in the buff.

No customs, duty free shopping, rum is $10 a bottle (for the good stuff), no currency to change.

I have heard it is beautiful there. It is one of the few island in the carribean that I have yet to visit. Breakfast in the buff huh? Well I know where to keep the doughnuts. LOL

Actually I cant just mention one. Three comes to mind.

Thailand - Travelling around in style for 3 weeks

Malaysia/Singapore - 2 weeks of pure relaxation.

La Rochelle/Niort, France - Just 2 weeks with good friends, good food, and plenty of good booze.

spent a week in hawaii a few years back that was absolutely everything it's cracked up to be...did every touristy thing your can imagine and had a blast...took a day trip to the island that i just realized i can't spell but has the fern grotto on it...rented a car and explored...great time... highly recommended..

Cities

The tropics are nice but I love cities.

I am always happy in Amsterdam and look forward to going back.

GREAT people and museums!

Easy. Long before what it is now. Cancun. In my 20s. Single, didn't care, only lookin' for fun.

I found it.

Damn, did I find it....

Venice... I'll never forget the early Sunday morning I spent there, with nobody on the streets except a few lovers and shopkeepers with brooms... Just the most magical place I've been to.

Istanbul was the most awe-inspiring place I've visited (stand in the middle of Sultanahmet Square and TRY not to be amazed... it's impossible), and it's history is even more fascinating than Rome's, but if I had to choose one, Venice would be it.

I love everywhere I have been...

Paris, Venice - they were short breaks but very nice... (I forgot Amsterdam and Belgium)

And Malta - very hot and very pretty... would love to go again.

vacation

Silverking Lodge, Costa Rica.

They have a web site.

Ishmael

Brazil, I went to meet my relitives. Woke up with the roosters on my grandparents farm, raised 25 baby chicks, milked bows, got chaced by a bull, it was all fun.

Every year we get away for a few weeks to a nearby island.....its so peaceful there.
Have a look
