I am not going to be much help; I just had a TV dinner that was a corndog, corn and chocolate fudge brownie (chocolate is a veggie right? :D ).

My daughter made chicken enchiladas. OMG, they are Picante!!

spanish rice and beans as a side.... not bad. It's the one supper that that girl has mastered. :)

It's so hard to cook for other people when you aren't hungry...I have to go home in half an hour and work magic in the kitchen.

I hate cleaning the rice cooker, though.

I might hate myself for asking this, but what in the hell is a rice cooker? I just make my Uncle Ben's in a saucepan. Long grain even...

Serious? I'll be damned... technology is just passing me by. Are they expensive? Is it better than rice cooked on the stove? Would this fuck up my pilaf recipe?

yeah...we even have e-l-e-c-t-r-i-c ovens.

I had leftover jambalaya. It rocked.

Olivianna, I consider my 2qt saucepan my rice cooker, but everyone tells me that the plug in ones are fantastic.

I had some herb roasted chicken, potatoes au gratin, green beans and a big ole juicy Winesap for dessert.

But I'd rather have Nora come coook for me. :)
