What's for dinner? (bragging and suggestions)

It was grilled pork chops with steamed green beans and cauliflower for the sides. I used an organic apple cider vinegar and oil dressing on the steamed veggies. Wasn't bad.

I'm going with three cheese enchiladas, beans and rice to go, from the local restaurant.

Tonight was brats and hot dogs on the grill, chips, corn on the cob, and baked beans - very summery!

I made about 20lbs of ribs on grill along with a bunch of beer brats.

Much better today...
Steak on the grill with sautéed mushrooms and onions, baked potatoes, corn on the cob, a Mediterranean salad, and a nice red wine to go along with it.

Tortilla soup
In a big pot add the following
1lb sausage, browned and drained
1 can petite diced tomatoes (don’t drain)
1 can black beans (drain and rinse)
1 can of corn, drained
1 can diced chilis
48 oz chicken broth
Cilantro to taste

Simmer on low heat 20-30 minutes

Put soup in bowl. I topped mine with crushed tortilla chips, shredded cheddar cheese and some diced avocado.

It was very yummy. I baked some store bought jalapeño cheddar biscuits to go along with it.

Ribeyes
Loaded potatoes
Asparagus
all grilled.

Key lime pie and hopefully me for dessert.

Roast beef, roasted tri colored potatoes (both precooked from Trader Joes) and a really good salad.

Beef pot roast with red potatoes, onions, carrots, celery and seasonings. It's currently cooking in an Instant Pot and I'm hoping it won't be a disaster.

Tonight will be home made pizza done in the outdoor pizza oven

Wood burning or gas fueled oven? Either way sound's like a great addition to an outdoor kitchen.

And tonight's meal for me is going to be beef kielbasa and sauerkraut, with applesauce on the side. I checked expiration dates and that decided things. ;)

Liking your dinner as well
We had a gas one but it wasn't that good. Now we have a bigger brick famosi wood fire oven which cooks a pizza under 2 minutes.
