What's for dinner? (bragging and suggestions)

Chicken Tetrazinni... My kids are having the same with "the yucky bits taken out."

Last night I had something new at a friends house. It was ground lamb and small chunks of feta made into burger patties. They were grilled and served in small toasted pita bread pockets and topped with peeled cucumber slices, onions and yogurt sauce. It was like a gyro from the grill. Our hosts also grilled tomato and eggplant as a side dish which you could dip into the yogurt sauce. Very summery and tasty.

That sounds incredible.

Steak, rice pilaf, fresh mango. Probably green salad if I have enough lettuce in the garden.

Marinated flank steak seared on the grill to medium rare, mac n cheese, steamed veggies, and a chopped salad.

A pork roast cooking in the crock pot, green beans simmering on the eye and baked potatoes

My GF & I are going to an Italian restaurant tonight, so something Italian

Chicken cordon bleu -- styled potatoes -- asparagus -- chocolate raspberry torte.

Girls night - lasagna what I'm bringing and it smells sooo good cooking right now), garlic bread, salad...something sweet and lots of laughing!

I'm cooking the exact same thing tonight. No girls night though.

I made chicken fried rice for the people I cook for. I'm not into that so will have some leftover rice pilaf, cottage cheese and a cherry pie bite.

Deconstructed stuffed peppers. Ground chicken, mushrooms, tomatoes, bell peppers, onion, cumin, Italian seasoning, and brown rice in a pan.

Tonight- homemade "refined" sloppy joes and salad.

Tonight it's homemade naan bread pizza done in the outdoor pizza oven

Oh gosh, I have no idea. I’ll probably do toast and salad, too tired and too hot to cook and eat!

Pasta, pesto with three cheese tortellini for me and sausage penne for the kids.
