What's for breakfast?

Other than the fact that I've seen people start kitchen fires like that
when the grease hits the heating elements..., uh, yeah!

;) ;)

Works great in a jelly roll baking pan. Never had any issues. I do start with a moderately preheated oven.

And it tastes like it's supposed to.

What people?

Do these folks put the bacon right on the oven racks, or have no rims on their baking sheets?

I’ve cooked, and witnessed ‘people’ cook thousands of slices of bacon this way, and never a fire.

Maybe tell those people to clean the inside of their oven.

Exact-a-mundo.

Plus you can pour off the rendered fat to cook with, should you want to roast or fry some yummy taters. Or grease a waffle iron.

That’s what I was thinking.

I have never had a problem. I always buy thick cut from my butcher, it does not taste any different than if fried in a pan.

No grease splatters in the kitchen. Makes for a fast and easy clean up.

To each their own. Everyone has their technique.

I like mine best. 😛

I nuked a big red tater then cut it in wedges and fried them crisp in a couple of tablespoons of fake butter flavored Canola oil made by rapey Canadians. I didn't have Canola oil that wasn't butter flavored and I didn't want to use real butter because I was concerned with the starch I was going to get the wrong kind of build up in my pan that I'm currently obsessed with. It cand out clean. Served with slices of gently microwaved leftover steak. I'm finding the pizza slice button does a pretty good job of making the steak warm without cooking it.

Sunday's bacon grease was used to oven roast greenhouse tomatoes for the freezer. nom-nom

Bowl of blueberries, cut up apple, 1/2 banana, some organic granola, 1.5 tablespoons of peanut butter with water. Makes a great porridge. Holds me over all day till dinner.

Cheese omelette for second breakfast

This morning I treated myself to a fried poato cake, topped with grilled bacon and a runny poached egg. Accompanied by baked beans, mushrooms and a slice of toast.

Absolute yumminess!!!!

Sounds good, but I don't get where the baked beans fit in there.

I'm a little behind reporting my breakfasts. My Brinners are technically breakfasts, because I usually start my day then, except for the weekend when familial obligations means I lose a half a day.

Had mercado-made chorizo and eggs yesterday and a couple over-rasy on toast this morning.

Breakfast was kind of a flop. I probably should have just hit IHOP on the way home.

I was in the mood for chilaquiles and have everything I need for it, but didn't want to go through the house also I was thinking I would do chorizo and eggs. Whenever the fridge by remembered that I had bought a bulk pack of t-bones and a bulk pack of London broil.

Steak and eggs it is! Except wasn't.

I thought I would seal-a-meal the remaimder while I was cooking a steak as if I could do one or the other adequately on the amount of sleep that I'm working with. I still haven't gotten the hang of the seal-a-meal, and not only did I not salt the steak before cooking, I couldn't find it while cooking or after playing. Salt-free is too paleo for me. I splashed som soy sauce on it and called it good; didn't get around to cooking eggs at all.

Found the salt afterwards. I usually just leave it on the counter but for some reason I actually put it away on the turntable for spices which I never do and I didn't think to look.

At least you have a chance of success in your kitchen. IHOP is always a bust!
If you like their pancakes, just get the bottle of Bisquick Shake n Pour.
Same same

QUEsadilla with a thinly sliced vidalia onion and an entire small avocado.

This morning which is dinner, I cooked chorizo, and instead of scrambling in the eggs, I fried them over medium; it was pretty good. Very rich though.

Actually had a Sausage (Scottish Square) & Tattie Scone Roll this morning after talking to a friend about tattie scones last night lol, it did not disappoint x

After the usual morning get out of bed tasks I made some coffee using a custom bonavita. I ground some organic medium dark roast Colombian beans and used filtered water to boot.

Full cup in hand I sat on my couch watching the morning show, sipping some joe and perusing several lit boards, including having my say on the PG with a 7260 and a reverse cowgirl with an ass like yours posts.

Finishing my coffee I selected a medium sized Polish pottery bowl. I chose real crunchy Heritage wheat flake cereal from the walk in pantry. Fresh blueberries having been used up in thick waffles the weekend before, I selected a box of locally grown organic raisins and shook out a proportionate dollop on the crispy flakes.

I then moved to the refrigerator and took a couple of swigs straight from the oj jug (don’t tell anyone!). I then poured some organic skim milk over the cereal, making sure not to splash any over the bowl rim.

Carefully carrying the bowl to my seat on the couch I dug in with a preferred antique spoon handed down from revolutionary war descendants and continued watching the morning show and adding 9726 and doggy with dirty talk and an ass slap posts on the PG.

After scooping out the last of the cereal and drinking the last of the milk from the bowl like you do in private but not in public, I returned the bowl to the kitchen counter and poured my second and final cup of coffee to wind down my morning ritual before beginning the day.

What a fantastic word :D

It speaks volumes without shouting or presenting its self with a elitist tone.

It's just a dollop :rose:

On topic : coffee , That's it , with a smidget of sweet creamer for color and taste.

Defrosted a couple of italian sausage links that I previously slow cooked in marinara sauce. Sliced them over a half package of ramen and topped with the sauce from the slow cook and cheese.
