Hope this finds you doing better? Just so you know what is covering my ass is old blue workout short, just got done with 60minute PT workout. alot of leg work today..nice burn going.

Nothing done with upper body this week. I was cleaning icebox out metal spring broke and got three fingers and palm.. ... 7 stiches(sutures) in my hand. So now I have a few more scars.

I can't wait until I can work out again! almost 2 months of no exercise is driving me insane, but the moment I lift, even 3lbs I start bleeding..so we all do what we must to be healthy...

You be well and..dammit, get someone else to clean that icebox out next time!!!

LOL thanks for the :kiss:'s dear sweet lady you lost that race many years ago.... I'm getting close to 3000 stitches now. This old Borg has had 39 surgeries, in my life. When I fell and lost my eye(whole head..glass cuts deep) to just"fix" my face it was 900 stitches of them.. most are under my hair line... that was a 23 hour job with 3 set of doctors/nurses.

Understand no lifting and not working out..its hard to get thru that most of the power you have to lift goes thru your core(stomach).


Crazy thing about icebox was cleaning out icecube tray and putting new ones in And the spring hold door broke.
