Understand no lifting and not working out..its hard to get thru that most of the power you have to lift goes thru your core(stomach).


Crazy thing about icebox was cleaning out icecube tray and putting new ones in And the spring hold door broke.

Just be safe in your workouts...I realize that I was totally overdoing it. Remember that your body will tell you when it has had enough..It really is the boss of you.

I am 37, so I am older than you. I just want to not have my tummy jiggle as I brush my teeth.

My sweet sexy Honey, have not been around :eek:, so sorry to hear about your health problems, but knowing you as a fighter, you will get through them.
