Tonight it’s LA galbi. I use a regular simple bulgogi sauce with flanken cut beef cooked on an indoor grill. Messy, smoky and delicious.

Pasta salad for dinner tonight

We are replacing our over the range hood so I’m cooking nothing until it’s done. Eating out or microwave for the time being.

I made burgers and fries. Provolone, pepper jack and a slice of american. Skipped the bun and piled on some tomato, white onion & avocado. Little bit of mayo/mustard mix to top. Oh and some steamed corn. Was quite tasty.

My youngest made dinner tonight and it was really tasty. Fried chicken chunks and fried potatoes (sadly no onions) and peas. Simple and filling. Yum!

The current hole is 4” and our new hood needs a 6” hole. How often does 2” screw everything, sigh. Costco rotisserie chicken is going to be dinner tonight. I am cooking steamed broccoli in a bag too. When the new wall vent is delivered, ribeye will be the celebration dinner.
