Apparently it's actually called European perch.

Long stemmed cauliflower and broccoli, no idea what they're actually called in English. Roasted. And chicken thighs with balsamic syrup glaze. Turned out really good with almost zero effort.
I’ve never heard of long stemmed cauliflower, but long stemmed broccoli could be either broccolini, or broccoli rabe.
???
Sweet stem "caulilini" cauliflower is what the google machine spat out.

Basically it's the same deal as broccolini, but with cauliflower.
It’s soooooooo pretty!
Is it sweeter than regular cauliflower?

Lunch: arctic char, false morels, asparagus, spinach.
Dinner: harissa coated eggplant, marinated green beans, couscous with random things. Reese's peanut butter cup and rye for dessert.
I'm inviting myself over for dessert!
Pineapple Ginger Cayenne pork chops.
