Thanks, I try to make a variety and I’m super into “eating the rainbow” as a basis for what I cook. Though the meals where everything is brown and not colorful tend to be the tastiest.
Those mushrooms look so good! I just learned chanterelles can be foraged here. I’m definitely not going to forage but a girl can dream. Risotto sounds like an amazing comfort right now.
