I'm really not sure why I use pot. For a few reasons: aging, depression ( can't take anti-depressants), Introvert brain where I need to let my brain shut off the usual bs. Sometimes I feel when I use pot I can finally think things through in other ways. Although I will admit that can be a rabbit hole. It helps me to relax usually. I smoke maybe twice a week.

PS Although the main reason I wanted to talk about pot is I'm really confused about mj. Does anyone sell the cured, crushed leaves anymore and is this a dumb af question?

I guess I'll be the bearer of bad news for the ladies....ADHD worsens during menopause. Although it might be because the women entering menopause now were part of the 'only boys get ADD/ADHD era, so were never diagnosed with it, and whatever coping mechanisms we came up with seem to not work anymore. Just add it to the other joys of getting older.

I’m trying to do a podcast. Others that I listen to have sound effects to ‘enhance’ the episode, but I find them off putting if done wrong … trying to do them in mine is making my head hurt. Not only finding the right sound that is in my when I wrote the dammed words … wondering if others with adhd/add/nd sound sensitivities prefer plain voice

How are my adhd peeps doing?? I had a big deadline at work and was hyperfixiating on it. When i was done I forgot how to do my work.

Dammit, I can’t find a single pharmacy that has Adderall in stock! This is really starting to become a problem. I sent off a note to my MH provider to see if they could get me some, or prescribe something else. I would have thought that with COVID no longer the issue it was, that supply chain issues would resolve, but I guess not!

Yes. Post COVID, my ADHD definitely has gotten worse. It probably doesn’t help that everything is going to hell in a hand basket over here.

Have you tried costco pharmacy?? I've had no problems other than getting different brands or a combination of two sometimes. I've had a day or 2 delay once but other than that no issues.

I did call Costco. They were out too! I finally found them at a hospital public pharmacy. Hopefully this will work when I need another refill!
