I struggled with this for so long and am still struggling with it, and one this that has helped me are lists and I absolutely hate lists. But it does help prioritize things and it bugs me if I keep seeing things that arnt done so it helps me to push my self to get them done. And it may not help with you but just somthing that helps me!I know it messes with my self confidence big time. It’s just in screwing up everyday tasks, or putting off what I need to do for something fun. Even putting off something fun for whatever is more fun or stimulating. And sometimes it’s just sleep.
Then I beat myself up for not getting things done.
