What was the last thing you watched on Netflix?

Maiden trip. The documentary about a fourteen year old Dutch girl who sails around the world, alone.

I watched this a while ago, and was really impressed cause I would never be able to do something like that lol. It was definitely interesting.

As I was getting ready to post here, I went to my Netflix and saw that I, too, apparently watch a LOT of documentary type flicks. 2 that I have seen several times are Restrepo and Korengal (sp). Both are really good military docs.

House of Cards is a mandatory watch, it gets a little slow but at the end of the current Netflix season I was hooked.

I loved Orange is the new Black. I was a little concerned during the first two episodes that it was going to be a lesbian porn fest (not that I would mind that), but there is a good enough plot to carry it through.

I hated SofA.

If you like travel shows I am currently watching Anthony Bourdain in The Layover. He's pretty funny, and just enough adult humor to keep it really interesting. On that same note, An Idiot Abroad is another travel show that I would NOT watch with the kids, very little editing, and funny as hell.

Not sure if anybody mentioned The Following yet with Kevin Bacon. Excellent thriller series. I would consider myself fairly intelligent and able to decipher what will happen next but this one keeps me guessing.

Lastly, I highly recommend Blacklist. Can't say enough about it.

Hope this helps!

Are you Netflix-stalking me? Watched both those military documentaries, and enjoyed them both. Can't say I've seen House of Cards, but I don't have much interest in it as it seems more political than I would like. Love OITNB, and impatiently waiting for the new season. Also a fan of Anthony Bourdain, but haven't checked out The Layover yet, but it's on my list. I've also been watching The Following. I finally got all caught up with it, and now watching it weekly on TV.

Great choices lol so when I have time, I will look up Blacklist.

I watched Short Term 12 last night it’s a short movie about dealing with psychological trauma, and how we cope and process it. Good good movie.

The first and part of the second episode of the Daredevil show. I liked it at least for now. Seems well produced and the acting is not bad.

Last thing I watched was a documentary called "Living on One Dollar". It wasn't as interesting as I thought it would be.
