What was the last LP you played?

Rarities include:

"El Paso" - Great old cowboy song (45)
"Theme from Superfly" - Curtis Mayfield (45)
"The Night Chicago Died" - Weird, but catchy (45)

El Paso...Marty Robbins, didn't know you had it in you.

The last LP I played was by Dead Kennedy's...Plastic Surgery Disaster or something like that.

I told a girl at a music store that I had it and she wanted to buy it from me for $50. Strangely enough I turned her down.

I know my heart...can make you happay (jump!
I know these arms, can feel you up! (jump!) (I don't think that's right, but it's funnier that way.)

And now it's stuck in my head.

Spooky

This is scary, last nite I got offline and took out my old mixing board and Technics. I was up spinning until 4 AM!

Ahh! I got rid of the last of my lp's around 5 or 6 years ago in a garage sale. I haven't had a turntable for so long, I figured why not. Oh well.

The last one I probably played was Eat a Peach.

Hey Stout Chap, Over the Hills... is my favorite song, ever. Nice pick :)

LPs... hmmm... I used to listen to my parents' as well as my own when I was little. To this day, though, my dad believes that the best Christmas music comes in vinyl. Every year he turns off the CD player and dusts off the turntable to listen to his holiday music. I've managed to find and burn many of the songs that he plays, but it doesn't have that same sort of tradititon for him, and the music just doesn't have that same feel...
