Should be an interesting year for KSU/KU in football as Mangino seems to be getting KU turned around the intestate rivalary will become that once again. Now if only State can do the same thing in basketball.

Eh, KU still won't be up to par with K-State in football...basketball is another story though. Looks like were gonna lose Giddens (not that I'm complaining) but Mario Chalmers is looking pretty steady...maybe we'll see you in the Final Four.

Maybe not yet, but at least the games might be more interesting in football.

I probably feel the same way about KSU in basketball as you do with KU in football. They are getting better, but a final four team they aren't even close to. KU is still top dog in basketball.

Ok...gawd damnit. Do you know how tired I am of people hearing that I'm from Kansas and getting the whole "Oh yeah, like the Wizard of Oz?!" or "Wow, I bet it's boring there..everything is so flat," or even when they just say, "Oh...I'm sorry." So I'm going to take this time to tell everyone here a few true things about the Sunflower State...

1. Everyone here HATES the movie "The Wizard of Oz" with a fiery passion. Even if they loved it when they were little, they hate it now because it's the only thing that gets Kansas any attention and it's LAME. No one dresses up as Dorothy at Halloween here and we despise those little dogs that look like Toto.
