Sometimes people are dicks. You can choose how you deal with it. Laugh it off, ignore it, flame them back, give them a big GIANT F off sign ...
BUT there are good people here too. Don't rule out the site because of a few detractors and armchair critics. Being behind a computer screen and being fairly anonymous makes some people think they are able to rip a newbie another orifice and it is funny to them. Others think people should just suck it up. Survival of the internet fittest. Sink, swim or grab a lifeline and find a happy place.
I have been contacted a few times to proofread and edit stories and 95% of people got all pissy or sulky when they did not like what I had to say - no matter how polite I tried to be. Or they couldn't even be bothered saying thank you or kiss my really old, wrinkly ass so for the most part I say no now.
I'm not bitter and twisted about it. It is what it is.
For the most part this sick and twisted site is like a new pair of awesome kick ass boots. You get a blister or two at first and when they're worn in a bit they are so comfortable and cool looking.

Personally I don't agree with incest but it's the most-read subject out there. Don't ask me why but the statistics prove it. Mother-son, brother-sister, father-daughter have been written to death. Was looking for a new angle is all. Kind of like 39% of the country approving of how Obama is doing in office. Who the hell is that 39% who actually think that? Exactly. Can't explain it. I'm not particularly proud of my reaction to your action, and I also apologize. I've just been so angry lately, mainly not happy with the Dems or Obamacare.
