What the fuck is wrong with Michael Jackson's face?

He was ordered by the Judge in his trial yesterday (he's being sued for skipping out on a couple of shows) to remove his surgical mask, and underneath was the weirdest face I've ever seen. Apparently he had some sort of plastic thing on his nose. The man looks like he's melting.
