As far as my noise level goes, I'm inclined to agree with EE earlier. Each scenario has its own nuances. I've been known to grunt, groan, moan and nothing short of yodelling in that extreme moment of orgasm. I've also noticed that my noise level almost runs parrallel with the amount of bucking & heaving too! Seeing as how orgasms are slightly unique, I think I respond differently to each incident.
