We've got Mexicans and Chinese flowing in through our borders unchecked, their stealing your jahbs, they're attacking your women, I assume some are good people, but here's the solution folks. The solution the Democrats won't tell ya;
We have to build walls.
And they have to be built quickly!

Not a good solution... I am physically & emotionally incapable of doing many things, which means I'm not one that might want the people walled-in nor out. However, if I should want to get out, I likewise couldn't climb the wall myself to get out, & I've never taken anyone's job or done anything illegal...

However, similarly don't forget it takes different (& probably less) muscles to, say, garden than it does to sell drugs or climb a wall. So any wall that keeps trouble Mexicans out also keeps the ones we currently have jailed still here once that wall is built.

WPMO? I don't know. I missed usual family meal, so didn't see sib's kids I love... But later found out they didn't show either, so I'm OK with that.

Pissed at public institutions turning into enforcers of hugboxes, guardians of hurt feelings and taking another step toward outright Orwellian thought policing.

The UK police want to expand hate crime laws to include "Hostility".
UK Law:
"A hate crime is any criminal offence that is perceived, by the victim or any other person, to be motivated by a hostility or prejudice based on:
*A person's race or perceived race or
*A person's religion or perceived religion or
*A person's sexual orientation or perceived sexual orientation or
*A person's disability or perceived disability or
*Against a person who is transgender or is perceived to be transgender. "

This can be expanded to mean any kind of interaction! And it doesn't even require quantifiable harm or evidence in the case of speech or actual harm! It bases the addition of penalties on another person's perception of the event rather than the actual potential motivations of the 'criminal'. That last word being lined with sarcastic tone because it potentially includes people who just speak their mind. They're literally trying to criminalize asshattery.

I doubt I have anything in common with the kind of people that these laws are targeting, but I'm also a huge advocate of the Voltaire mentality: "I disagree with what you say but will defend your right to say it". Mainly because the logical conclusion of all this is eventually just outright banning dissent and critique of the official state narrative on issues. Which sounds conspiratorially Orwellian but it was less than 30 years ago that many European governments had that official policy and there hasn't been any major change in those said countries such as Germany, Hungary, Sweden and Poland since other than that they expanded your 'legal vocabulary'.

Parent called me back after I left them voicemail, & agreed with suggestion we get something to eat together...

While we're taking our time (neither are busy till tomorrow), she talks to workers who used to be our neighbor, talks about sibling (my 1 & a few of theirs), but never stops to mention me in questions or discussions.

I know they also took me to get money so I could pay cable (also took me there to pay it), & took me to get groceries, but they should take their own life as proof we do things the other didn't see/experience/etc.!!

Improperly sealed cat food packets.
I open the box and get literally punched by the smell of cat food having been exposed to air for however long it took to go from factory to me.

I have literally never smelt anything more absurdly disgusting.

I would rather voyeur for a scat scene than do that again.

I have accidentally eaten homemade sans-gluten brownies made by a biological illiterate on the gluten-free fad who made it with flour-ish substitutes rather than gluten free flour and didn't add any fats or sugars to it and this smelt worse than that tasted.

I actually contemplated killing myself with a nearby plastic fork about halfway through the disposal to just end it all and stop the smell.

If the interrogators at Guantanamo bay approached me and asked for advice on new ways they can torture people I would actually keep these packets a secret from them because nobody has done anything so bad that warrants being exposed to this bioweapon.

A few of them dripped.
It got on me.
Thorough scrubbing later and I think my fingertips are permanently marked with this stench.

I have no kids, my sibling has 4... So I get less attention from our shared parents.

I still remember one of their kids running from group while eldest was playing a league-&-team game at a local park. I yelled for the kid & ran after them to help. When sib finally noticed, ran after kid, literally pushing me aside as they went (though I have history of seizures & have taken anti-seizure meds from before then until past now)... Still no apology, & sib is often talked about by shared parents to me when sib isn't there, including how great a parent they are to each of the kids, which is HUGE pile of BS in each case.

Oh, & it's officially weekend now, which means sibling won't be "homeschooling" her one school-age child & I may get to be around kids & simultaneously have to be around them.

My own sibling has now been wed 9 years to the same man she has 4 children with. I often tell others I can't believe they have yet to separate from (or simply stop procreating with) someone so far below them...
