Jim Morrison has my vote! Poet, singer, and one hell of a sexy man :D I would have loved to been around to see them in concert, if only once.

If you could bring back any muscian from the dead who has died since 1970 who would it be?

I would be back Bob Marley, he is the best Reggae (sp?) artist ever and the only one I could ever get into. I like his style he is unique and has his own sound that I love. I don't like Reggae that much , but Bob marley is awesome and Ziggy isn't that good and is living in his dad's enourmous shadow.

Well, you all are going to kill me... but I am the one who voted for Biggie...

I used to like his rap... and then I watched his Behind the Music a couple of months ago. He was trying to clean up his life... and his life ended unfairly by a suspected police officer. It wasn't fair.. so I voted for him! :)

And... I liked everyone on the list except for Tupac... So, I'd like to see everyone but him... :) I am a big music fan. Guess it comes from being a musician. ;)

Tough question......

A tie between Bob Marley and John Lennon, I think. Those two channeled cosmic energy......

Then again.......I would have loved to see what Kurt Cobain would be up to today. I'm a huge Nirvana fan.

Stevie Ray Vaughn should be on that list..........I believe that that man was blessed with the same special energy that Bob Marley and John Lennon were..... I regret passing up the opportunity to see him perform live.

I'm picking John Lennon. I enjoy the Lennon Beatle's tunes the best and his solo stuff was great. The man not only wrote fantastic music, but spoke for and entire group. I would love to hear what he would have to say right now.

My addition to the list, although I'm not sure that I'd pick him to be still alive, but to have the opportunity to listen to him when he was at his best is Miles Davis. The man changed jazz, and to many extents, music in many different ways.

Michael Hutchins- The man with the smooth, sexy voice from INXS- sounds like brandy and a good cigar on a sultry night.

I would have to go with Stevie Ray Vaughn. The man made music you could feel, not just hear.

And man do I miss John Lennon, never afraid to speak his mind or do what he believed to be the right thing for himself.

From the list given, I would choose Marley in a heartbeat.

others:
  • Miles Davis!!!!!!!!
  • John Coltrane
  • Louis Armstrong
  • Billie Holliday
  • Carl Stalling
  • Nick Drake
  • Jeff Buckley

i would bring back......

JIM MORRISON!!!!!!!!! I mean he had it ALL....I would jump on him (if he was alive that is) and never get off of him!:p He was just that damn SEXY!
