Today I went shopping in the heart of AC country (Apostolic Christian). There was this grocery store that was an art form in food. Big meats. Vegetables in perfect rows. Then I went to a bulk store and bought powdered cheddar. Who knew there was such a thing.

I need a cold shower.

You never knew about powdered ceddar? They showcase it in every cheese section in every supermarket here. You're probably not the domesticated/cooking is my forte type.

Have you tried buffalo fetta? Or buffalo mozarella?
Heaven.

it's gonna drain Mac n cheese at the back of your throat.

What a gross thing thing exist. I can't imagine this being a product of food choice unless I was eating my freeze dried zombie rations.

Don't knock it until you've tried it. I could rub it on my nipples...now there's a thought.

The only thing I can think of for powdered cheese is it might be useful for savoury popcorn. But.....then, I try to keep popcorn low fat anyway...so, no, I suppose.

Isn't your hubby italian?
Or wait… italian boys don't cook… ;)

My husband cooks well. :) some things. He's a good baker, I never bake bread any more, it became his job early on. He is great with fish, sea food. He preps and butchers game well, but leaves it to me to cook usually. We work together in the kitchen when both at home. We enjoy cooking together.

Italian men have it all: looks, the spirit and charm, they see men and women as being equals (despite what the stereotypes say) and are emotionally supportive.
They only fall short in the kitchen or housechores area.

Your guy seems perfect, then.:)
