Don't blame it on retired folks, it's ANYONE who has their head so far up their arse that they can't breathe, let alone operate a motor vehicle. In today's world that's a good 50% of those on the roadways. Young and old alike, Prius, Yugo, Mercedes, BMW, what they drive doesn't matter.

Anymore, if the vehicle can't be run by an app off their phone, they simply can't operate it, even then they'd still be a menace on the roadways.
