What do you feel is the primary role of the federal government?

A) Sit down and shut up.

B) Protect the people from evil doers.

C) Regulate the people and insure equal rights for everyone.

D) Take care of everyone.

E) Wipe my ass and tuck me in at night.

F) feel free to add in your own custom role.

To coordinate civil and military defense.
To advocate for the commonwealth with other nations.
To provide a sound currency.
To champion prosperity and security for all citizens.

Seems you left out E). I'm wondering why.

It's all in here...and only here:

Oh yeah the living, breathing document. I forgot.

But those laws cannot be interpreted as they are written, you must know that the 14th amendment applies ONLY to black people even though it does not say black people.

You must also know that the 2nd amendment is inviolable, but the 4th is only a suggestion as are the fifth, sixth, seventh and eighth amendments. the first is communist hogwash except for the bit about churches - fuck the press, they can be regulated as much as anyone wants, and fuck the 16th too and the 19th, idiotic both of them - they don't count as part of the constitution. and fuck that clause about promoting 'general welfare' - government is for killing brown people and not much else.

It protects the rights of all Americans to own slaves and weapons of mass destruction, and ensure that their daughters are uneducated.

I always thought that was weird. All of Jefferson's kids were girls, black, or black girls. Like he purposefully excluded all his own kids from public education and I always thought that was weird.

I take it that ypu would prefer unequal protection under the law and how is it that you live in the USA, if in fact you do. Personallly. I live in Belize, but not because of the constitution. In my case it's taxes.

Curiously, Thomas Jefferson looked forward to a future where all black American slaves would be emancipated, and then (being ever-so too racially primitive to tolerate on these holy shores) deported, to somewhere in Africa or Latin America or Alexander Hamiltons' Caribbean . . . to avoid the danger of race-mixing on North-American shores (and Jefferson personally knew very well how tempting that can be) . . . but, Jefferson also looked forward to a future where white Americans and American Indians would amalgamate into a blended white/bronze race. It is a puzzlement.

Protect the nation (the ethnic people groups comprising the state) and promote its betterment as a collective organism.

It was well understood in the day that Africans were not true humans but that the Native American was only barely subhuman.

I guess that makes Jefferson a connoisseur of bestiality.

My simple answer is B. Let the states figure out the rest of it.

When has anyone ever changed their thinking about our Africans? The worst kept secret is how the Africans we got were the dregs of African society back then, we got swindled with debris from prisons and funny farms and barroom toilets.
