What is the plural of MILF?

We all know that MILF stands for mother i'd like to fuck but it's become a word in it's own right. But if you have a group of them what is the plural?

Does it stay as MILF as the M now stands for mother s, or do you whack the s on the end MILFS. I tend to make it a lowercase as in MILFs. Or does it change to "ves" as in elf becomes elves? MILVES which makes sense but kills the original meaning.

If you write the "S" at the end in uppercase, it just becomes an additional letter in the acronym. Like:

SSNs = Social Security Numbers
SSNS = Swiss Sport Nutrition Society

Elf becomes Elves and Wolf becomes Wolves but MILF definitely does NOT become MILVES. Yikes.
